Scope of Services<\/h2><p>Webinvo offers:<\/p><ul><li><p>Custom website design services, including design mockups in Figma.<\/p><\/li><li><p>WordPress development and integration.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Add-on services including hosting, SEO, performance monitoring, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and maintenance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Our core offer is <strong>\u201cPay only if satisfied\u201d<\/strong> for design work, meaning clients are only charged if they explicitly approve the design.<\/p><hr \/><h2>2. Requesting and Approving Design<\/h2><h3>2.1 Design Process<\/h3><ul><li><p>Clients begin by requesting a free design.<\/p><\/li><li><p>A design is created in Figma and includes two free revision rounds.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Additional revisions may incur extra costs and will be quoted beforehand.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>2.2 Approval and Payment<\/h3><ul><li><p>After reviewing the final design, the client may choose to accept and pay or decline without any obligation.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payment is only required if the client is 100% satisfied and wishes to proceed with development.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>3. Website Development<\/h2><p>Once the client approves the design and agrees to development:<\/p><ul><li><p>The website is built on WordPress, usually within 5 working days.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Development may include responsive layouts, speed optimizations, SEO basics, and other scope items agreed upon before starting.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Minor post-launch fixes (up to 2 rounds) are included.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>4. Optional Add-Ons<\/h2><p>Clients can optionally add services, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Google Ads campaign setup and management<\/p><\/li><li><p>Meta (Facebook\/Instagram) Ads<\/p><\/li><li><p>TikTok Ads<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ongoing SEO optimization<\/p><\/li><li><p>Hosting (Swiss-based)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Monitoring, support, and maintenance<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Each add-on has its own pricing, terms, and scope. Detailed pricing is listed transparently on the site or sent via proposal.<\/p><hr \/><h2>5. Payment Terms<\/h2><ul><li><p>All prices are in <strong>Swiss Francs (CHF)<\/strong> and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods as specified during invoicing.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payment for approved services is due within 10 days of invoice issuance.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Services may be paused or terminated for unpaid invoices.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>6. Intellectual Property<\/h2><ul><li><p>All custom designs and website code remain the intellectual property of Webinvo (Speed Trend GmbH) until full payment is received.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Upon payment, clients receive full ownership rights to the final website design and content.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Webinvo reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>7. Client Responsibilities<\/h2><ul><li><p>The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials (e.g. for domain, hosting, or analytics).<\/p><\/li><li><p>The client agrees not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>8. Hosting &amp; Third-Party Tools<\/h2><ul><li><p>For hosting services provided by Webinvo, clients agree to acceptable use policies, fair usage, and data backups.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Webinvo is not liable for issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, APIs, or external platform changes (e.g., Google, Meta).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>9. Liability &amp; Warranty<\/h2><ul><li><p>Webinvo aims to deliver reliable, high-quality services but makes no guarantees regarding search rankings, ad results, or specific business outcomes.<\/p><\/li><li><p>We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party issues, server downtime, or force majeure.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Any bugs or technical issues within the scope of service will be fixed at no additional cost within the agreed maintenance window.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>10.
