Welcome to Webinvo (https://webinvo.ch), a service operated by Speed Trend GmbH, Kirchbergstrasse 105, 3400 Burgdorf, Switzerland (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. Scope of Services

Webinvo offers:

  • Custom website design services, including design mockups in Figma.

  • WordPress development and integration.

  • Add-on services including hosting, SEO, performance monitoring, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and maintenance.

Our core offer is “Pay only if satisfied” for design work, meaning clients are only charged if they explicitly approve the design.

2. Requesting and Approving Design

2.1 Design Process

  • Clients begin by requesting a free design.

  • A design is created in Figma and includes two free revision rounds.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra costs and will be quoted beforehand.

2.2 Approval and Payment

  • After reviewing the final design, the client may choose to accept and pay or decline without any obligation.

  • Payment is only required if the client is 100% satisfied and wishes to proceed with development.

3. Website Development

Once the client approves the design and agrees to development:

  • The website is built on WordPress, usually within 5 working days.

  • Development may include responsive layouts, speed optimizations, SEO basics, and other scope items agreed upon before starting.

  • Minor post-launch fixes (up to 2 rounds) are included.

4. Optional Add-Ons

Clients can optionally add services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads campaign setup and management

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

  • TikTok Ads

  • Ongoing SEO optimization

  • Hosting (Swiss-based)

  • Monitoring, support, and maintenance

Each add-on has its own pricing, terms, and scope. Detailed pricing is listed transparently on the site or sent via proposal.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods as specified during invoicing.

  • Payment for approved services is due within 10 days of invoice issuance.

  • Services may be paused or terminated for unpaid invoices.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All custom designs and website code remain the intellectual property of Webinvo (Speed Trend GmbH) until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, clients receive full ownership rights to the final website design and content.

  • Webinvo reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials (e.g. for domain, hosting, or analytics).

  • The client agrees not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.

8. Hosting & Third-Party Tools

  • For hosting services provided by Webinvo, clients agree to acceptable use policies, fair usage, and data backups.

  • Webinvo is not liable for issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, APIs, or external platform changes (e.g., Google, Meta).

9. Liability & Warranty

  • Webinvo aims to deliver reliable, high-quality services but makes no guarantees regarding search rankings, ad results, or specific business outcomes.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party issues, server downtime, or force majeure.

  • Any bugs or technical issues within the scope of service will be fixed at no additional cost within the agreed maintenance window.

10. Termination & Cancellation

  • Clients can cancel at any time before approving the design—no costs will be incurred.

  • After approval, cancellation may result in pro-rated billing for time and work delivered.

  • Webinvo reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for violation of these Terms.

11. Data Protection

  • Webinvo complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Personal data is handled securely and never sold or shared without consent. Please also see our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Burgdorf, Canton of Bern, Switzerland, subject to any overriding mandatory provisions of Swiss consumer protection law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new terms.
